How do I receive the invoice?
Once you book a voice over, within the hour after your booking has been processed you will receive an email with the invoice and a payment link. So you don’t receive an invoice directly from the voice over you are working with, but from Voicebooking.
How do I view my invoices in my account?
You can view all your invoices in your Voicebooking account. Log in and go to your profile. Via the drop down menu in the top right corner of the page you can select the menu “Invoices”.
I have a PO number. How can I get this on the invoice?
As a webshop we work with prepayment. This allows us to provide you with a dynamic service and keep competitive rates. If you have a PO number, you can report this when first creating your project. However, if you need an invoice first in order to create a PO number, email us and we will adapt the invoice for you at a later stage!
