If you can’t download the audio from the Voice Over Generator, here are some things that should help.

First, make sure you are using Chrome or Safari as browsers, as these support the Voice Over Generator best.

If that doesn't work, you can do a hard refresh of your browser. You can do this as follows:

• Mac: CMD+SHIFT+R

• Windows: Ctrl+F5

  If that doesn’t work, try:

  • Shift+F5

  • Ctrl+Shift+R
    

You can also empty your cache and delete your cookies, you can find this option easily in the settings/options of your browser.

Finally, the Voice Over Generator requires punctuation every 580 characters. Please make sure to add punctuations after every sentence (e.g. a period, an exclamation mark, or a question mark).
